We accept payments through PayFast and EFT through VISA and Mastercards.

Delivery usually takes place between 3 – 10 working days, depending on your area and the nature of your order. Please note that deliveries and dispatches will only be done during working days and within working hours, to the address provided by you.

We worked very hard making your shopping experience very easy and fun. Browse through our website and add items to your shopping basket. Remember to check the sizing guide, for your specific style, size, colour and quantity.

Once you are happy with your selection, you can proceed to “checkout”.

Once you have made payment via the selected payment method, we will send you an email and invoice confirmation.

Once an order has been added to your basket, checked out and yet no payment has been made, you may simply return to your basket and amend the order transaction.

Once the order has been placed and paid for, the order is deemed complete, you will received an email containing your unique tracking number from the courier, you can contact them directly to inform them of the change of address.

Please note that any change to the order and delivery address will impact on the delivery times.

 

Once your order is placed and paid for, it will be shipped to your specified delivery address courier company. Your parcel’s waybill will be sent directly to you from the courier company, so please keep an eye on your mailbox. 

We also can arrange Paxi (PEP) delivery for remote areas. ( can we had a PAXI courier option???? Standard fee at R60 and R110

We take special care to ensure that all our orders are of high quality and care.

In the unlikely event of a defect on catalogued items, you may return the item to us at your cost within 3 months from the date of delivery.

We will inspect the item and decide whether to refund the item at purchase price or replace it – this will be done at our discretion within 30 calendar days.

However, we cannot refund or replace personalised orders as those are made according your little ones feet, name, foot width etc. Please ensure you provide us with the correct measurements.

No, we don’t have a physical store, however, you can get a selected range at Clicks Baby store and their online store.

For slightly dirty shoes, simple wipe clean with a damp cloth or sponge.

For tougher dirt, more stubborn stains, on the damp cloth you can add mild detergent, just wipe the shoes. 

Do not put baby shoes in washing machine, this will shrink and harden the shoes.
